Terms of Service
Last updated August 16, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of REACHER. By creating a workspace or otherwise using REACHER, you agree to them.
1. The service
REACHER is a workspace for designing, arranging, and publishing posts to an Instagram professional account you connect. Some features depend on your plan and on Instagram's platform availability.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating a workspace and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
3. Connected accounts and third-party platforms
If you connect an Instagram account, you authorize REACHER to access that account through Instagram's official API, limited to the permissions you approve. You remain responsible for complying with that platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and advertising policies. REACHER is not responsible for actions a third-party platform takes against your account (such as rate limiting, restriction, or suspension), including as a result of how you use REACHER to interact with it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use REACHER to:
- Use the service for spam, harassment, or abusive automation.
- Impersonate a person or organization, or publish fake identities.
- Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that invents customer claims, statistics, testimonials, or product capabilities not supported by real evidence.
- Attempt to circumvent the rate limits, permissions, or policies of any connected platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of REACHER.
REACHER publishes only after a signed-in user explicitly presses Publish. You are responsible for what your workspace publishes.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the captions, media, and visuals you create in REACHER. You grant REACHER the limited right to store, process, render, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service and publish it to the Instagram account you connect.
6. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until it is resolved.
7. Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to REACHER if you materially violate these terms, including the acceptable use section above, or if required to do so to comply with a connected platform's policies.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
REACHER is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that Instagram's integration will always be available or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REACHER is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including actions taken by a third-party platform against a connected account.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify workspace administrators directly. Continued use of REACHER after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
