This page explains how REACHER users can request deletion of account, workspace, and connected Instagram data.
How to request deletion
To request deletion of your REACHER account or workspace data, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your REACHER account. Include your workspace name and the words "Data deletion request" in the subject line.
What we delete
We delete account profile data, captions, editable visual scenes, uploaded or rendered media stored by REACHER, and encrypted tokens for connected Instagram accounts, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, abuse prevention, or billing record-keeping purposes.
Connected Instagram accounts
You can disconnect an Instagram account from REACHER settings at any time. When an account is disconnected, REACHER stops syncing new Instagram data and deletes the stored access token for that account.
Response time
We will confirm receipt of your request and complete deletion within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification and any retention obligations that apply.
