Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you create a workspace, we collect your name, work email address, company name, and a hashed password (or an OAuth identity if you sign in through a third-party provider).

Post content. Captions, uploaded media, rendered post images, and the editable visual scenes you create, so REACHER can store and display your posts.

Connected account data. If you connect an Instagram professional account, we store the account identifiers and an encrypted access token issued by Meta, scoped to the permissions you approve during that connection. We use this token only to identify the connected account and publish a post when you explicitly press Publish.

Usage data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, used for security, debugging, and understanding product usage.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the REACHER workspace.
• To store visual posts and publish them to the Instagram account you connect.
• To send account, security, and billing notifications.
• To respond to support requests.
• To improve the product and diagnose issues.

3. Third-party services

REACHER relies on a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Meta / Instagram Graph API — for connecting and publishing to the Instagram professional account you authorize.
• Stripe — for billing and subscription management. We do not store your payment card details ourselves; Stripe handles them directly.
• Transactional email delivery — for account verification, password resets, and workspace notifications.

Each of these providers processes data only as needed to perform the function above, under their own privacy and security terms.

4. Data isolation and security

Every workspace's data is logically isolated from every other workspace. Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest. Access to a workspace requires authentication.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain workspace content for as long as your workspace is active. If you disconnect a social account, we stop syncing new data for it and delete the stored access token. If you close your workspace, you may request deletion of your workspace data by contacting us at [email protected]; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or billing record-keeping purposes.

6. Your choices

• You can disconnect a connected social account at any time from Settings.
• You can request an export of your workspace's content.
• You can request deletion of your account and workspace data.
• You can opt out of non-essential email communications.

7. Children's privacy

REACHER is a business tool intended for use by working professionals. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify workspace administrators directly.
